Update from Jon Gray: A New Cycle for Real Estate

Jon Gray clearly announced that the 3.5-year-long winter for commercial real estate is over, and "a new cycle for real estate has begun." Borrowing costs have dropped significantly, coupled with a cliff-edge drop in new supply for logistics and residential properties. Capital has become cheaper, yet high-quality new homes cannot be built fast enough. This extremely rare and extreme supply-demand mismatch will massively drive up the capital value of existing high-quality/core assets over the next few years.
